My approach is based on a first call, first serve.
However a confirmation must be agreed within 2 days.
After 2 days, time slot becomes open.
I often, especially weekends, have multiple requests for same time slot.
The Christmas season is short with a lot of requests for visits.
Santa can only be available for only so many visits in one day.
So Santa will be timing his visits.
